PARTSLIFE welcomes new shareholder

PARTSLIFE GmbH, a recognized industry solution provider to the independent automotive aftermarket in the fields of waste disposal, service and consulting, wel-
comed a new shareholder at its Shareholder Meeting this year: Hans Hess Autoteile GmbH.
PARTSLIFE is supported by more than 60 leading brands in the automotive parts industry and trade. Currently, there are a total of 13 shareholders representing the automotive parts industry, parts wholesale and the cooperation partners.
Hans Hess Autoteile, a wholesale business, has decided to transfer all waste dis-posal activities required by law to PARTSLIFE. One determining factor in favour of joining PARTSLIFE was its extensive program for the disposal of all reusable materi-als and waste generated by sales business and above all in the automotive work-shop.
As a result, the Hess company can now offer its professional dealers and workshop customers another comprehensive service. What´s more, Motair Turbolader GmbH, a member of the Hess Group, already is a satisfied user of the PARTSLIFE industry solution for fulfilling the German Packaging Ordinance.
Hans Hess Autoteile GmbH was established in 1929 and is a member of the Hess Group, in which additional subsidiaries operate. The Hess Group today maintains ten locations in Germany with 315 employees. Hans Hess Autoteile GmbH has gained a competent reputation in the industry thanks to its numerous concepts geared to spe-cific target groups. The MOTOO trade and workshop concept currently counts over 112 workshop and 45 trade partners.
